Terms and Conditions for Initial Consultation

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the initial consultation ("Consultation") with Realness Digital Media ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By scheduling and attending the Consultation, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Purpose of Consultation

The Consultation is an opportunity to discuss your business needs, goals, and how our services can address them. It is intended to provide initial advice and is not a guarantee of future results or engagement.

3. Information Sharing

To provide the most accurate advice, we may request detailed information about your business. While we understand that providing such information can be time-consuming, doing so will enable us to offer better, more tailored guidance.

4. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality and commit to keeping all information shared during the Consultation private. We will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without your consent.

5. No Obligation

The Consultation does not obligate you to engage our services. Similarly, participation in the Consultation does not obligate us to accept you as a client.

6. Fee Waiver

The initial Consultation is provided at no cost. However, any subsequent consultations or services will be subject to our standard fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the Consultation. Realness Digital Media is not responsible for any decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The advice provided during the Consultation is based on the information you supply. Realness Digital Media is not liable for any actions you take based on the advice given during the Consultation.

9. Scheduling and Cancellations

Consultations are scheduled based on mutual availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in limited availability for future Consultations.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, concepts, and advice provided during the Consultation remain the intellectual property of Realness Digital Media. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use any advice given for your internal business purposes only.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Visalia, CA.

12. Modifications

Realness Digital Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you before your next scheduled Consultation.
